...on the road again!I'm off on my travels. I've got a packed lunch, a flask of coffee and enough CD's to last a month... in fact I'm sort of thinking about ditching most of the CDs and just bringing one; sometimes choice is a pain in the arse. There's a record by Keith Jarrett called 'Vienna Concert', which is really well named actually because it's a live recording of a concert he did in Vienna... these Jazzers eh, their all so bloody smart. It one of his concerts where he improvises the whole show. Let's just linger there for a second... HE IMPROVISES THE WHOLE SHOW! Nothing is rehearsed! I've heard people saying I'm out on a limb for not writing set lists, but this guys on a whole 'nother level. There such a sense of excitement when you listen to it knowing that he's as unaware of what's coming next as you are. A great record that I can't recommend enough (unless of course you don't like music of this elk, in which case it would be a royal ball ache to listen to...).
Anyway, after all that I don't think I'll take that one with me, ha... I'm in the mood for Rage against the Machine or the Chillies or something? or maybe Blood on the Tracks... I'll keep you posted...f

Don't listen to "Rage against the Machine" - your car might get upset and play a little bit of "Rage against the Human".
